We’ve got a range of awesome fitness programmes and equipment providers to take you through a variety of different 30 to 60 minute workouts. Get a taste of what's available without having to visit a multitude of different locations - we've got it all in one spot!
More than 35 workout sessions are running throughout the 2-day festival for you to discover, covering everything from HIIT to yoga and even a mid-afternoon dance party! Wear your workout gear and get ready to give things a go that you may not have had the chance to before!!
Most workouts are included for free in your ticket.
Spaces in workout sessions are on a first-in-first-served basis. There is no need to pre-book. Some workouts are limited by numbers so arrive early to the session to secure a spot.
There are also "Premium Workouts" scheduled with international fitness trainers that you do not want to miss out on!! These workouts must be booked and tickets are limited so secure your spot now!
